These Terms govern access to the YourAgencyDesk website and software platform. By using the service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, when applicable, the agency or organization you represent.

Platform purpose

YourAgencyDesk provides operational tools for insurance agencies, including agent, client, licensing, agency-entered continuing-education record and reminder, carrier, training, task, document, and commission workflows.

Not legal or regulatory advice

The platform may organize records, calculate status indicators, and present informational content. It does not replace official regulator, carrier, licensing, tax, legal, or compliance guidance. Users remain responsible for verifying requirements and making professional decisions.

Accounts and authorized use

You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and use the service only for lawful business purposes. Agency administrators are responsible for assigning appropriate access and ensuring that users are authorized to view the information made available to them.

Customer information

The agency controls the business records it submits and is responsible for obtaining any permissions required to collect and use that information. Users must not enter information they are not authorized to process.

Calling and call recording

The optional calling feature requires an agency-managed communications-provider account. The agency is responsible for its provider charges, calling practices, do-not-call obligations, and compliance with applicable notice, consent, privacy, employment, telemarketing, and call-recording laws. Recording is disabled by default. A user must provide any required notice and obtain any required consent before deliberately starting a recording. Users must not record a call when authorization is absent or uncertain.

Demo environment

Demonstration accounts and sample records are illustrative. They should not be treated as real customer records, regulatory conclusions, or production reporting.

Pricing and subscriptions

Published Foundation pricing starts at $319 month to month for up to 10 active producers. Annual membership starts at $2,990 per year. Pricing is based on active producers managed rather than login-enabled users. Final pricing, included services, billing frequency, implementation assistance, and any minimum commitment will be stated in the applicable written order or subscription agreement.

Third-party services

The service relies on third-party hosting, authentication, storage, and selected integration providers. Their availability and terms may affect specific features. Links to external regulators, carriers, or other resources are provided for convenience and should be verified independently.

Intellectual property

YourAgencyDesk and its original software, design, and content remain the property of their respective owner. Customers retain their rights in information they submit to the service.

Service availability

We work to maintain a reliable and secure service, but availability is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free. Features may change as the platform evolves.
