Submitting a request

Email info@youragencydesk.com with the subject “Data rights request.” Tell us the type of request and the account or agency involved. Do not send identity documents until we ask for the information needed to verify the request.

Available rights

Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or an explanation of how personal information is used. Some requests may be limited by contractual, security, fraud-prevention, or legal recordkeeping obligations.

Agency-controlled records

For client or agent information entered by an agency customer, that agency may be the organization responsible for deciding how the information is used. We may direct the request to the appropriate agency or assist the agency in responding.

GDPR

Where the European Union or United Kingdom GDPR applies, YourAgencyDesk will evaluate requests under the applicable controller/processor relationship and respond within the legally required period, subject to permitted extensions and verification.

No retaliation

We will not discriminate against an individual for exercising an applicable privacy right.
